We had a blast at this hostel! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was perfect for lounging, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It's a great place to meet other travelers and the owner, Mel, is super helpful and friendly. the location is also ideal for exploring the island and there's a great dive shop nearby with discounts for guests. We extended our stay twice because we loved it so much!

Absolutely nothing.

Affordable accommodations and friendly staff. The hostel is budget-friendly and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The prices for the rooms are reasonable, making it a great option for travelers on a tight budget. The staff also go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and provide information about the area.

Lack of cleanliness and inadequate facilities. The cleanliness of the hostel leaves much to be desired, with dirty dorm bathrooms and a lack of daily cleaning.

Best aspects of my Easter stay:

The atmosphere at the hostel was incredible! I met so many wonderful people and felt like part of a big family. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and enjoying the activities organized by the staff. the location was perfect. It was just a short bus or taxi ride away from all the main attractions. I loved being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and come back to a peaceful and tranquil setting.

Dislikes of my Easter stay: I found the private rooms to be a bit cramped.

Set in a typical neighborhood with local charm, this hostel offers a range of accommodation options. the Casita provides a private and quiet stay, with basic yet functional furniture, a balcony for outdoor relaxation, and a communal pool hidden at the back. the owner, Mel, builds a sense of community amongst guests through group activities and is prompt at answering questions.

Limited amenities for those who prefer air conditioning.

The location of this hostel is great, being near the beach in a less crowded area. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with private bathrooms. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. the communal kitchen is well-organized and kept clean. the pool area is beautiful and perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. the hostel offers snorkel gear rental and has a small restaurant on-site.

Tropical plants, awesome people, beautiful pool, fantastic atmosphere, big store nearby, easy transportation.

Located in a serene and beautiful area, just a short walk away from one of the most stunning reefs for snorkeling. the hostel offers a variety of room options to suit different preferences, with the single bed loft being small but comfortable and clean. the pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, while the on-site cafe serves delicious food. the staff, including Jon and the cafe lady, are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
